Teh Funny

Rob Cottingham of Social Signal delivered a hilarious keynote at Northern Voice 2009. Here is the much-requested full length recording of that presentation, in glorious multicamera goodness.

This is the first video to be released in the grand experiment of trying to make all sessions from Northern Voice available online. It was also a great use case for our company's automatic synchronization software which is currently in beta. The technical details are described here.

Thanks to Roz McNulty and Grant Potter for their video work and to Nancy White for her amazing visual interpretation of the talk. Photos of the art Nancy created during the talk are here and here.

Bruce: that was absolutely teh awesome! As usual, you captured the spirit of the room as well as the message.

Rob did a great job. I wish I could have been there on Saturday. I noticed the amount of auto heckling almost shut down Twitter for the day.

Cheers!

Holy smokes, can't this thing run without stalling every 10 seconds? I'm trying to view in Firefox and the stuttering is maddening!

Bruce, that's amazing - and I had no idea you had to work so hard to beat the audio into shape. Next time, just bolt that sucker to my clavicle.

And that's a cool use of Profuzion.

That was great! I'll have to watch it again to catch all the jokes.
